Sutra is a analytics driven advisory firm. The company is looking for professionals to join as experienced consultants. As a part of Sutra, you would be expected to work on assigned projects. The work is concentrated around government and financial institutions. This is a techno-functional role. Please be mentally prepared to learn approaches to technical problem solving and willingness to deal with data.

We are looking for candidates to be working on the following streams:

Risk Management - Credit risk, Operational Risk, and Basel, IFRS related projects

Data Management - Large scale data management, Big data, data structures, and data related advisory.

Any additional knowledge of tools like Informatica, SAS, R, etc. will be an added advantage. Please bear in mind that the role will be techno-functional and NOT pure business advisory.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the workstream end to end. starting from data requirements to model delivery/engagement delivery

· Participate in writing proposals.

· Existing experience in companies from tier 2 consulting companies, Risk and advisory based knowledge process

· Experience on forensics will be an added advantage for specific position/ Exposure to large scale data management projects will also be an added advantage for a specific position

· Monitor and manage the juniors in the team

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 3 - 5 year of professional working experience

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
