الوصف الوظيفي Ensure every customer leaves happy and satisfied every time Effectively answer all customer questions and handle complaints Consistently forecast vehicle flow based on the day, time of day, current/future weather and create a daily staff plan to ensure an excellent customer experience Ensure all training and development of staff is to company standards Appropriately address employee performance issues and recognizes good performance Ensure site is clean and equipment is operating properly Ensure daily openings and closings are on schedule and standards and procedures are maintained Manage business costs including, but not limited to, labor costs and chemical usage المهارات SALARY: up to 5,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications HIRING COMPANY: Group of Companies WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (preferably candidates on Visit Visa) EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent CANDIDATE PROFILE: Preferably INDIAN Male, below 40 years old only QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma or certificate in any relevant course Minimum 5 years of total work experience including at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor Management/supervisory experience is required and car wash experience is preferred but not necessary Have a high level of initiative, attention to detail and pride in the operation Have a strong work ethic with the drive to hit goals and build the business Have the instinct for labor management Have the ability to efficiently multitask in a quickly changing environment Enjoy building relationships with customers and community Enjoy being active in a fast-paced, outdoor environment year round تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/carwash-service-supervisor-up-to-5k-aed-for-a-group-of-companies-in-dubai-4191483/ |
