Hiring Property Consultant
Location: Dubai
Candidates must possess the following:
Driver’s license and own car (preferred)
Knowledge of UAE market and real estate laws.
Strong English communication skills - verbal and written.
Second language in Arabic, Russian, Urdu, and Hindi is a plus.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Application.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to solve problems and can work under pressure.
Presentable and self-motivated individual.
Must be proficient on property portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut, Propspace, and social media sites such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and etc.
RERA Brokers License is preferred.
Prospect potential clients looking to sell and rent property in UAE.
Follow and complete the paper work process required to list a property and conclude a rental or sale.
Attend to sales queries expand to viewing.
Be well informed of the Real Estate market
