Facility Manager
Experience in Handling Master community sector, MEP maintenance, infrastructure, cleaning, landscaping and irrigation
Must have the abiliy to ensure that all mechanical, electrical and associated system are operating optimally, implementing best practices for maintenance, monitoring of maintenance contractor, conduct system audit and ensure that statutory permitare up to date
Able to conduct regular inspection/ audit of building and drive proactive solution to ensure the standards are maintained at all times
Business Development Executive
Must have a good knowledge of owner association market
Proven track record of bringing in New Business and has the natural ability to drive sales
Must be self-motivated and has a strong desire to success
Well organized and very good client relation management
