Responsibilities:
Preparing and issuing Contract correspondence
Preparation, monitoring and updating of Variation schedule
Preparation and review of Order of Costs
Materials on Site assessments and reconciliation
Financial Reporting
Liaison with Consulting Engineer and Employer’s Representatives wherever required
Review of Contractor’s Cost Proposals.
Agreement of Re-measurement methods
Payment Recommendation of Monthly Statements/valuations
Preparation of all Agreed Value Valuation (AVV) documentation
المهارات
Member of the RICS - Preferred but not essential
15 years post graduate experience
Must have worked on large scale building and infrastructure projects
Proven front line work with contract management
Proven man management skills and experience
