JOB PURPOSE
This Role will be supporting the Group Director - Real Estate for the Mixed-use division of Al Futtaim Group Real Estate and will play a crucial role in developing feasibilities, forecasting and operational and variance analysis. The role will provide financial consulting to the development team in addition to preparing business presentations, financial presentations, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, and other projects requested by the team. This function supports the Development team by providing insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for obtaining frequent market benchmarking and market information.
Support AFGRE Finance and GD Mixed-use by creating development feasibilities, dynamic budgets, rollout plans and portfolio analysis.
To become the interface between Mixed-use team, Finance team, Internal and External Audit, and internal management in managing Mixed use & Finance in operations and financial reporting.
Lead the process of completing the business plan, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting as per the agreed assumptions, requirements and deadlines.
Develop reports and schedules, as required, for external and internal purposes including valuations, minority shareholder reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
Post-graduate degree in commerce / accounting / finance.
Accounting / Finance qualification (MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, CFA, CIMA)
Real Estate related Certification from Dubai Real Estate Institute is preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Finance, out of which a minimum of 5 years in the Real Estate industry at a financial management position.
Job-Specific Skills:
Well-versed in preparation of Financial Statements.
Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Laws, Guidelines, and directives is a desired skill.
Behavioural Competencies:
Positive attitude, with ability to manage expectations of the various stakeholders of the Mixed use portfolio.
Ability to manage time appropriately, communicate effectively with team members and business
Ability to approach problem solving with simplicity and logic, and to present solutions on financial matters to non-finance professionals.
Ability to think holistically and understand the chain impact of transactions on the overall business.
Ability to work under pressure without losing control over tasks assigned.
