Site Manager Vacancy in Dubai
A leading Glass Reinforced Concrete company, is in need for a Site Manager that can manage multiple projects. Only candidates with a minimum experience of 7 years will be considered.
Planning and monitoring the status of all ongoing projects to ensure that the projects are completed within the parameters of quality, cost and time.
Organizing and attending meetings with contractors, consultants, and all other stakeholders involved in the project.
Preparing and maintaining schedules and programs for the project as required.
Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
Monitoring site engineers, manpower as well as other equipment/resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
Providing daily reports to Management regarding project status with a detailed list of activities and targets achieved.
Liaison with Production, Design and Accounts departments to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project.
Adopting and applying appropriate Technical as well as Quality Strategies and Standards.
Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.
Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed.
