Purchase Executive supervisor
For Vegetables & Fruits company in Dubai
Job Duties:
• Identify vendors of materials, ensure storage and inventory control are performed in an efficient manner using ERP software
• Evaluate cost and quality of goods, analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory flow and develop appropriate min / max levels
• Negotiate contracts, evaluate and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids with suppliers
• Develop purchasing policies and procedures and control purchasing department budget
• Identify backup vendors outside of major purchasing source country
• Prepare and present reports regarding market conditions and organizational spend to Senior Management
Requirements:
• 5 years of related experience in a management role with purchasing, inventory control and E-Commerce.
• Advanced MS office skills
• Personal Suitability
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively negotiate with suppliers and other third parties
• Must speak English fluently
• Must have a valid driving license
