Key Job Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Manager you are responsible for the short and long term planning and the management of the food & beverage operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting and exceeding financial goals. The role involves managing and achieving of profit and quality for all food & beverage operations in the hotel, including restaurant, outdoor catering and banquet operations.
Ideally should have completed hotel management degree with a relevant diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
Any additional diploma in the related filed will have an edge over other candidates
Minimum 5 and above years of working experience will be an advantage
With at least 3-4 years’ experience in outdoor catering
The ability to work in a team and supervising the subordinates is also an essential skill.
