Required Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management.
At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resource & Administration in Construction or FM Company.
CIPD/CHRM/ SHRM Certification preferred
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Articulate communicator and ability to interpret and explain written and statistical data to a wide range of audiences.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes
Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
