Arabic Speaking Retail Store Supervisor required

Job Description:

1. Achieve sales and expense budget.

2. Achieve budgeted backend margin for store by Shelf rentals, rebate & listing fees.

3. Ensure effective Shop floor administration with an aim to maximise Staff productivity & morale.

4. Address customer complaints and ensures good customer relations are maintained

5. Improve shop operational efficiency through process improvements by implementing innovative ideas & industry best practices.

6. Ensure walkways are clean and tidy

7. Follow-up with Pest control agency and ensure 100% pest control

8. Ensure Merchandising are done as per planogram, labels are fresh & Updated
