Ride Operations Manager at Ain Dubai will be responsible to lead and manage the Ride Operations Team in line with Ain Dubai standards. Although this role entails learning all ride operator roles, the primary responsibility is to ensure that the ride operator team is full trained and effectively scheduled to operate the ride safely. You will need to meet and exceed goals for top-notch customer service, commercial targets whilst ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations. The Ride Operations Manager must be able to respond to emergencies and work under pressure.
المهارات
Minimum of 3 years as Rides Operations Manager/Assistant Rides Manager in for an international attraction/tourist venue.
Excellent communication skills in English and an ability to work a flexible duty schedule.
Degree or Equivalent in any discipline.
Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of this position requires passing internal rides training and certification tests.
Basic medical test including vision test may be necessary.
