Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
2.Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
3.Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
4.Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
5.Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
6.Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
7.Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
8.Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
9.Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
10.Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
11.Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
12.Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
13.Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
14.Participate sales & business development to sell the warehouse space to different clients
