Hiring Female Sales & Leasing Manager
Job Role
• Responsible for direct leasing activities of Commercial & Residential properties.
• Achieve leasing objectives and targets as assigned
• Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
• Review and negotiate lease transactions, renewals, expansions, terminations and agreements.
• Lease vacant properties according to leasing plan
• Ensure lease documentation which complies with prevailing laws and regulations.
• Preparation of weekly leasing status report as required
• Manage Tenant database to facilitate information retrieval
• Timely attending the complaints and concerns of customers and resolving them.
Job Requirements
• Any Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• 5+ years of experience as Sales & Leasing Manager
• Must have Extensive knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate Market
• Strong communication Skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
