الوصف الوظيفي Key responsibilities include: · Ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators in terms of quality, safety, quantity, cost, timeliness and people morale · Assist in planning, coordinating and executing production processes using the available resources · Evaluate raw data generated through production teams and generating summaries as appropriate · Ensure achieving set production targets · Supervise and manage operators · Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely plant and machinery maintenance · Coordinate with the factory management on production floor issues and come up with solutions for improvement.
