Construction Manager

We are currently looking for a Construction Manager who can join our energetic team and contribute to the continued success of our Projects.

Duties and Responsibilities Responsible to manage and oversee the construction activities of the project.To plan,develop and organize the construction effort and formulate the cost effective and timely completion.

Assist in planning all construction operations and arrange intermediate phases to ensure deadlines met,
Make sure all projects are carried out as per the acceptable construction industry standards

Offer technical leadership and guidance on matters concerning the design of the project,Confirm and endorse technical reports, designs and estimate drawings.

Prepare project technical reports as required,Coordinate the audit of projects and programs,Make sure there is adherence to all health and safety standards as well as report issues Supervise project implementation through to the final stage.
