الوصف الوظيفي The General Manager should be able to oversee all staff, budgets and operations. He is also responsible for Sales and Closing Deals as well as motivating and bringing in new business to the company. The General Manager shall report directly to the Owner. The Company EPIC ME TECHNICAL WORKS LLC, or EPIC LIFTS, is primarily a supply, installation & maintenance company for elevators/lifts in the UAE. We have projects across the UAE. Our Current Goal is to achieve 50+ Elevator Projects a year in the next two year while also converting Service/Maintenance Jobs to the Business. Responsibilities • Manage Sales • Formulating overall strategy • Managing people and establishing policies • Oversee day-to-day operations • Design strategy and set goals for growth • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses • Set policies and processes • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance • Direct the employee assessment process • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) • To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. • Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive. • The Role shall be heavily incentivized.
