SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (FMCG) / (مدير عمليات / مدير عام)
JOB PURPOSE: Supply Chain Manager are responsible for overseeing and managing company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
Undertake major contract negotiations within the approved pricing policy and establish service programs to match the company’s requirements.
Contribute to the development of established supply policy and procedures.
Determine key supply chain KPIs.
Prepare reports and communicate inventory measurements to management.
Develop and monitor distribution requirements plans, initiate priorities based on customer needs and production availability.
Work closely with sales, marketing and customer service to identify proactive inventory adjustments in support of both sales and operational targets.
Maintain documentation and operating procedures for demand/supply planning process and related systems.
Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.
Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
Manage, Evaluate and Train the team members.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in supply chain management for trading / agriculture business/ FMCG service for vegetables, crops & meat.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Agricultural economics, Agricultural engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain management.
SALARY PACKAGE:
Monthly Salary range shall be USD 10,000 -15,000 and other benefits as per company policy.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Demonstrated capacity to work with private sector players (financial institutions, buyers, traders, transporters, input suppliers, processors in agriculture value chain)
Strong experience in supply chain management.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Excellent planning and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Good in Negotiation and Leadership skills.
Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, ERP)
Willing to relocate to United Arab Emirates.
High level of computer literacy (primarily in Microsoft Office packages).
Fluent in Arabic and English Language (Spoken & Written)
