GENERAL MANAGER/OPERATIONS MANAGER ( مدير عمليات / مدير عام) - UAE
JOB PURPOSE: General Manager/Operations Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit involve in trading business for Agri commodities as Veggies, Crops, Meat etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee day-to-day operations.
Design strategy and set goals for growth.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Support the CEO or executive team’s vision and process ideals.
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
Set policies and processes.
Prepare reports and communicate inventory measurements to management.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
Manage, Evaluate and Train the staffs.
Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum 7 years’ proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role for trading or agriculture business service for vegetables, crops & meat.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Agricultural economics, Agricultural engineering, Business Administration, Master in Business Administration
SALARY PACKAGE: Monthly Salary Range shall be 10,000 to 15,000 USD and other benefits as per company policy

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Strong operational and management skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Familiar with business and financial principles.
Willing to relocate to United Arab Emirates.
High level of computer literacy (primarily in Microsoft Office packages), ERP Module.
Fluent in Arabic and English Language (Spoken & Written)
