1) Logistics Officer
• To manage all matters related to logistics, car rentals, ticketing, accommodation lease management, hotel bookings and contracts with suppliers and agencies.
2) Payroll Officer
• Ensure that all employees are paid all their contractual dues in due time.
• Responsible of the payroll process from the input of the variable data to the validation of the pay slip before bank transfer.
• Monthly calculation for overtime & incentive worked in Normal days, Friday & Public Holidays.
• Be the single point of contact of his dedicated population (reply to the employee’s questions, to the Managers) keeping
3) Project Coordinator
• To support the project operations and assist the business in achieving project deliverables.
• Selection of candidates proposed by Recruitment department or by self-screening CV’s in the database.
• Contribute to prepare and submit proposals and tenders to clients.
• Liaise with Employees and Clients during the provision of the services for any support
• Monitor interview arrangements with Clients and pre-selected Candidates
