الوصف الوظيفي Optimization of Transport network Manage and develop drivers & transport team to deliver high quality of service Manage Fleet & Manpower utilization on daily basis Maintain database of vehicles & assigned drivers Develop and implement a proactive & planned maintenance structure for fleet vehicle Analyze fuel consumption Schedule regular inspections to ensure safety & timely maintenance for vehicles Maintain records of maintenance, vehicle servicing and inspection Analyze maintenance costs & providing recommendations on fleet utilization and replacement Manage technical concerns & issues Maintain all vehicle documents Schedule & arrange sending vehicles for vehicle passing Oversee driver overtime & trips Address & solve staff / student / customer complaints about drivers & transport related issues Prepare convenient route plan for transportation Handle fleet breakdowns, accidents & other emergencies Effective utilization of available fleet resources Effective cost saving measures المهارات Excellent Communication Skills Competency in MS office Analytical Skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/fleet-vehicle-controller-4248207/ |
