For a company specialized in water treatment solutions, this role isformarketing and sales activities. Mainly based on telemarketing tasks and constant relationship with clients and suppliers, high-level communication skills are required. Being French speaking is mandatory for this role
Our client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with excellent communication skills. The role is 50% about customer telemarketing and liaison with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer telemarketing and liaison with clients (50%)
• Development of a communication plan locally
• Managing the clients ‘purchase orders with suppliers
Scope of Work:
• Development of a strategic Marketing and Communication plan
• Adaptation and creation of marketing tools to the Middle East market (social networks, newsletters, brochures, advertising).
• Development of Sales Support Tools (MANUALS, TECHNICAL DATASHEETS, BROCHURES...)
• Supplier vendor list subscriptions
• Customer telemarketing and appointment scheduling
• Organization of trade exhibitions
• Competitive and Industrial intelligence (Benchmarking)
• Requests of quotations
• Coordination with logistics providers, preparation of transport documents, Coordination with customs, etc.
Requirements for this job position:
• Based in Dubai, UAE
• French Speaking mandatory and Arabic is a plus
• 5+ years working experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Marketing / Business degree
• Professional efficiency using pack Office
