• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule, etc.
• Managing all work and providing timeline for production
• Supervising, motivating a team of workers and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality and workers)
• Monitor production to resolve issues and lead fellow employees by example
• Ensure final products meet quality standards
• Enforce health and safety in the work place
• Report to upper management on daily basis
• Ensure that all machineries are working properly.
• Ensure that all project delivered on time within scope and within budget.
