الوصف الوظيفي You will be responsible for: - Planning and executing marketing campaigns for conferences, workshops and virtual events - Translating strategic plans into operational workstreams - Ensuring internal and external milestones are met - Responsible for communicating campaign progress and results to stakeholders - Ensuring partner deliverables are met Events schedule currently includes (but is not limited to): Training programmes for 10-15 attendees – delivered online and in person Events often feature multiple streams, workshops, high-level plenary speakers, high-level sponsors and senior stakeholder management. Duties and responsibilities: We have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded marketing executive with events marketing experience to join a very successful UAE based organisation (main office in Dubai). The Marketing Executive will support and manage a variety of event marketing campaigns from end-to-end, working confidently and efficiently to help deliver a profitable portfolio under the direction of the Programme Manager. The post-holder will be a positive team player, highly proactive and always willing to learn – they will work closely with production, logistics and sponsorship colleagues throughout the event process. The role will encompass: - developing and executing campaign plans designed to deliver revenue, customer volume, engagement KPIs - marketing and running successful events and webinars in close collaboration with the team, ensuring objectives are met - initiating campaign kick-off sessions with relative internal/external contributors and stakeholders across the business - owning and executing social strategy for products, working closely with the Programme Manager and other stakeholders to land key messages with target audience to generate awareness and demand - liaising with the sales team to activate campaigns which support all stages of the funnel - driving lead generation and customer engagement through campaigns, including measuring and reporting - executing multi-channel go-to-market activities (campaigns, content, launches) in alignment with business needs and commercial strategy - ensuring the commercial team are equipped with the right collateral, briefed about marketing campaigns and energised about them - data acquisition and targeting strategies aligned to key targets - ensuring accurate data lists are defined and constructed in line with campaign or programme goals - delivering creative and digital assets on time, on brand, and to specification to personnel/third parties responsible for activation build and maintain relationships with influential press and PR contacts, ensuring the database of contacts is kept up to date المهارات It is important to be able to work well in a close-knit team on tight deadlines whilst respecting the considerable work pressures of the other members of the team. Flexibility, efficiency and self-motivation are key qualities. Arabic would be helpful but is not essential.
