الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 4,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is a is a leading provider of customized telecommunications and surveillance solutions for business needs in Dubai, UAE Job Role: Lead the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and transfer of items as per company policy Follow-up overall inventory management Take physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report Receive materials and prepared MRR Bin card, SIV issue and reporting of stock Ensure development and management of materials planning functions, create item specific forecasts over a lead-time to be used for effective and efficient inventory management Ensure indents are raised and proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items Responsible for store keeping, documentation and record keeping Forward required documentation to corporate or unit purchase depending on the nature of item to be procured Generate Materials Received Report (MRR) on a timely basis Input production data according to purchase order in computerized inventory system المهارات Male, 40 years old and below Open to Pakistani and Indian candidates Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field Minimum 3 years of work experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping Experience in electronics is advantage Must have experience in FIFO (First In - First Out) Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations Knowledge in various types of commercial activities such as inducting procurement, export-import, banking and L/C Excellent written and verbal communication skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-store-keeper-4254584/ |
