To join our team in Dubai we are looking for Senior Facade Project Manager (site based) Our Façade Team in Dubai is currently growing with the need for a Senior Façade Project Manager (Site Based). The candidate shall have a background in the façade industry with a minimum of 8 years’ experience working for a façade contractor or a façade consultancy firm; has a proven track record in the review and checking of different façade types of materials and façade systems, unitized system, stick system, metal and stone cladding, glass feature walls, cable tensioned glass walls, skylights; has experience with high rise construction and structural glass engineering. المهارات • Communicate directly with architects on façade engineering related technical and commercial issues. • Having experience in carrying out façade site inspections, factory inspections, submittal reviews and tender documents for façade projects. • Ability to produce façade related reports and specifications with different cladding materials. • Being able to lead projects with responsibility for the communication with the client, the coordination with the team’s façade designers and façade structural, the quality control of the façade engineering deliverables incl. façade drawings, reports and specifications, overview of the commercial success of the project, • Coordinate directly with the Project Manager and Façade Director Requirements in terms of personality: • Good organisational skills, effective time management, including the ability to deal with the conflicting demands in order to meet deadlines, prioritise heavy workload and have a willingness to work flexibly • Good analytical skills • Abundance of common sense and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude • Must be able to work on own initiative, with minimal management instruction or interaction, but can actively be part of a wider Business Services Team. • Be business and commercially aware • Sound oral and written communication Integrity, and an ability to deal with and recognise confidential and sensitive information as well as work in a professional and customer friendly manner.
