الوصف الوظيفي Dubai Urgently hiring: Looking for a passionate property sales. She/he should be familiar with real-estate brokerage or real-estate relevant services. المهارات Male / Female Applicants with Real Estate Experience are both welcome to apply Driving license and own car (Preferred) Strong attitude in dealing with seller\developers and buyers is required, he/ she should ensure a good conduct and the transparent exchange of information of properties to potential buyers, and be able to address questions or concerns. Knowledge with negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Should know how to coordinate with property developers for new projects (Off-plans/Ready to sale). Should be able to generate effective daily leads through trends and marketing executions. Knowledge in assisting the sellers and buyers on purchasing a property with right price under the best terms. Knowledge in defining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose the right properties and solutions. Familiarity in assisting Sellers/Landlord in how to best promote their properties to attractive potential leads. Excellent Communication Skills, Self-motivated and responsible with the ability to work as a team player for Indoor/ outdoor sales, Cold Calling, Post Offer Follow-Ups. Great in creating an outstanding relationship with clients by providing excellent report & support, market information and guidance. Experienced in organizing regular sales visits and market research. Should be familiar with MS office tools (excel, word.
