Cost Controller required:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing F&B;cost analysis and controls, inventory management, variance analysis on ingredients and other consumable items cost.
Requirement:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in food services and F&B;cost control and menu management working in group of restaurants
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Only locally available candidates will be considered
