الوصف الوظيفي Assist in resolving any issues related to RTA policies Collect and give regular updates from RTA to keep the Management well informed for any changes in procedures and rules Renew, update and keep up all RTA permits & records up to date, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations Maintain and manage all RTA related communications Interpret, Translate & prepare all RTA circulars professionally Produce draft written content for internal communications Accurately prepare and process required documents for RTA Represent the company at RTA offices when required Manage all other Administration tasks as assigned by the immediate superior Assist the office in determining any issues identified with vehicle registration and renewals Knowledgeable enough on the process of getting approvals & permits on time Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior المهارات Excellent written and oral and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
