Hiring Customer Service Executive with at least 2 years’ experience in the field of logistics, with a good understanding of Freight, Customs, Documentation & 3PL (storage). An understanding of Data Entry Systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential. Liaising with customers for their requirements, executing those jobs and invoicing once complete is an integral part of this role.
