الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Technopark Dubai, UAE About the Client: A family-owned group with diversified operations in leading scaffolding company that manufactures, leases and supplies steel and aluminum systems across the Middle East. Job Role: Estimation interior fit-out projects Preparation of bills of quantities Adjudication of contractor’s claims (measurement) Estimating and cost control Managing full tender process Interpreting specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates المهارات 25 years old and above Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or any related course Minimum 4 years of similar work experience in a senior position and must have a strong knowledge as QS- Quantity Surveyor Extensive experience in the joinery and fit out industry is a must Knowledgeable in RFQs, tender and bill of quantity Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills If shortlisted must be willing to work on 7-days paid trial تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/estimator-fit-out-joinery-4268738/ |
