Role - Operations Executive.
• This role is based in Fujairah, UAE and required candidates with Saudi or Kuwait hands on the below experience:
• Day to day communications and service excellence through the vessel’s different stages of the port calls in Kuwait / Saudi
• Answer queries and work closely with port operational staff, port authorities, principals and other stakeholders
• Ensure accurate inquiries, PDAs and closed estimates are provided to the principal
• Ensure accuracy of enquiries received and submit final invoices to DAC for FDA processing.
The incumbent should have:
• A strong ships agency operational experience various ports in Kuwait / Saudi
• Proficiency in MS office application (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and related internal systems)
• Minimum of 3 years Middle East Ports knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal relation is desired for this role.
