We facilitate the highest standards of operations for short-term rentals to serve esteemed landlords, guests, and expats with qualified and experienced team comprising of marketing professionals and hospitality specialists. We successfully manage a sizeable portfolio from studio to luxury beachfront condo. Properties under our portfolio are frequently evaluated by a panel of experts, to ensure unprecedented level of service, comfort, decor, and quality for accommodating our guests to their most comfort. Qualifications: Ø At least 2 to 4 years of work experience preferably in the area of business development (real estate or Holiday Homes company experience is a major plus) Ø Must have an established network of existing partners and clients in the real estate market. Ø Proven business development results leading to sales closings in realty services setting. Ø Demonstrated performance delivering results on a commission or performance-based compensation program. Ø Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Ø Strong communication abilities, including advanced presentation skills (verbal and written) Ø Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power-Point. The overall goal is to support the business strategy through client pipeline generation in-order to meet sales and asset targets. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement winning strategies for acquiring a highly desirable residential asset to be managed as Luxury Holiday Homes. Responsibilities: Ø Manage and expand the existing network of landlords, by generating leads through offline channels and build the pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets of the asset portfolio. Ø Generate leads and market activity to position Bench mark Homes for strategic opportunities in the luxury homes sector especially focusing on prime locations in Dubai. Ø Research target markets as part of the development and implementation of an overall marketing plan. Ø Implement strategic initiatives to advance business development function within markets of focus and achieve sales goals. Ø Study, classify, analyze asset class to make rental projections based on performance potential on a short-term portfolio. Ø Develop and maintain a strategic relationship with homeowners and address their concerns in a timely manner. Ø Work on bulk unit deals to give the company’s asset portfolio a quicker runway.
