Logistics Manager - UAE
Candidates with less than 10 years of experience and they need to have Multinational background
(Preferably FMCG background)
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with Healthcare entities and partners to develop the vaccine distribution master schedule and demand model
• Manage cold-chain imports and exports for vaccine and pharma products
• Utilize an inventory management system to manage vaccine and pharma products
• Develop SOPs and best practices related to everyday logistics and distribution operations
• Assist in coordinating and receiving shipments in and out of the Logistics Warehouses
• Support audits to ensure compliance with the 3PL, local, and international guidelines for safety, hazardous materials, security, environmental, and OSHA
Required:
• +5 years’ experience in a distribution management role in the GCC, UAE preferred
• Experience in contract management
• Experience managing contractors and third-party logistics providers
• Experience in the use of scheduling and/or and transport systems
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
