Manage all bids process and lead the team.
Manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities.
Prepare and supervise all proposals and templates for sales and account Managers.
Responsible for the final representation of the Technical Solution Elements included in the proposal.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients resulting in requests for proposals and working with management to provide competitive and realistic quotations
Manage the commercial aspects of bids and tenders with the Commercial and Technical teams.
Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
Providing technical support to sales executives and prepare/create presentation slides for demonstration.
Manage the bid budget in regards to competitive market places Provides Technical Presentations to customers when needed.
Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
Work within time, cost and quality constraints to deliver proposals on timely manner.
Carry on a sales and presales targets as what will be agreed with the management in a yearly basis.
Manage the negotiation with vendors.
Ensure all tender requirements are communicated with all internal team such as technical team, finance, procurement, HR, CEO office.
