Logistics Service Provider is looking for a Client Servicing Account Management Executive for Dubai
Responsibilities
• Conducting Market intelligence, competitor research to identify new business opportunities & threats
• Monitoring of Weekly/Monthly Sales achieved & prepare reports on the same
• Identify weakness, opportunities, strength & threats in the markets
• Follow up payments from default customers, coordinate & solve any issue relating to payments
• Handling cash products including hotel deals, retail chains & travel agencies. Creating #value propositions that meet #customer needs
• Assist in designing marketing campaigns for retail in coordination with marketing & Service Center Manager
• Reporting discrepancies & problems to the #Service Center Manager
• Responsible in dealing with customer complaints
• Maintain #Inventory of shipping supplies
• Ensure a daily cash sale is remitted
• Covering for Service Center Staff Medical Leaves & Annual vacations whenever required.
Requirements:
• Overall exp. of 2 years’ in #Sales/Account management/ Marketing in the Retail sector
• Female candidate with a DL
