Job Description
As a Contracts & Tenders Specialist, you will report to the Commercial Services Support Manager MEA. You will support sales team answering public tenders. In addition to the management of tenders, you will also be responsible to follow the legislation and customers requirements associated with contracts and tenders. You will be the link between CST/OPS and Sales to assist commercial team to drive top line growth and ensure alignment of and compliance of contract deliverables within the business unit.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Terms and Conditions review
• Price Strategy
• Coordinate with Legal, Customer Service Team, Procurement Team, Engineering, Finance to complete scopes and reviews
• Implementation and roll out in the organization post signing.
• Monitor agreement performance. Ensure the completeness of the execution of the order, the monitoring of all liabilities related to the tender and the follow up of contracts and agreements with third parties
• Contract database management
• Prepare and process documents (e.g. bid process, design agreements, work authorizations, addendums, and other necessary documentation for contracting purposes) for the purpose of overseeing distribution of plans, specifications, etc.

The Individual
• Diploma or University Degree in Economics, Commerce or similar field
• English and French mandatory. Speaking in Arabic is an advantage
• Technical knowledge of or ability to learn SAP system
• Extensive years of professional experience in sales or commercial administration handling contracts and tender management
• Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment
• Product knowledge or ability to learn about John Crane product portfolio & product codes.
• Excellent MS Office background
