Directing all work to be handled and done in high standards to promote quality of services offered by the organization. 3.Promoting Fanak Auto LLC’s service departments capabilities and strengths to its customers. Advertising Fanak Auto LLC’s service department works by promoting their services. 4.Determining the needs of Fanak Auto LLC’s customers and communicating these to the workshop controller to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time. 5.Achieving targeted service appointment rate of Fanak Auto LLC; managing and ensuring completion of all appointments given. 6.Identifying potential marketing opportunities for Fanak Auto LLC. 7.Promoting Fanak Auto LLC’s service benefits to its potential customers; providing discounted services to the potential customers. 8.Increasing customer market share of Fanak Auto LLC; elevating the market for the company through the services provided. 9.Increasing service and parts sales of Fanak Auto LLC; working together with sales manager to increase the sale of parts and services 10. Reducing the No-show rates of Fanak Auto LLC’s customers. By providing and promoting services the service advisor is able to reduce on the no show rates. 11. Ensuring speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of Fanak Auto LLC’s customer’s needs and accurate repair order preparation. 12. Utilizing the Service Appointment system of Fanak Auto LLC to maximize the facility and manpower capacity. 13. Ensuring vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floormats etc.) and conducting a walk-around procedure before handover of vehicle to the customers of Fanak Auto LLC. 14. Providing clear cost estimates and keeping customers of Fanak Auto LLC. informed of work progress. Managing all the activities in the service by keeping Fanak Auto LLC customers at knowhow of the work and the progress and being able to estimate costs 15. Monitoring the work-in-progress and keeping customers of Fanak Auto LLC. informed of changes to cost and or completion times. 16. Preparing the vehicle receiving form for Fanak Auto LLC. and conducting a walk-around check on the vehicle upon receiving. Doing a thorough check on the vehicle before handing it over to the owner. 17. Creating clear precise invoices for the customers of Fanak Auto LLC that show and itemize all parts, labor and lubricant charges. 18. Taking all necessary actions to resolve complaints of Fanak Auto LLC’s customers in the shortest possible time. 19. Ensure all filing of Fanak Auto LLC is kept up to date including customer history files and regular purging of inactive customer files through calls. Managing all Fanak Auto LLC records of both regular and inactive customers. 20. Preparing estimates/quotation with the assistance of the Purchaser and Workshop Controller of Fanak Auto LLC. Managing all the quotation in the service department to give an easy time to the purchase and workshop controller of Fanak Auto LLC. 21. Dealing with the customers of Fanak Auto LLC in a professional manner’ providing the proper services needed by the customers and handling them in a professional manner. 22. Maintaining tidy and clean appearance at all time whilst at Fanak Auto LLC workshop premises; keeping the workshop environment clean to attract more customers. 23. Receiving customers of Fanak Auto LLC. promptly; giving them a warm welcome when they come. 24.
