Recruitment Manager will work closely with the Head of HR to develop and implement effective recruitment practice, policy, and procedures to support the development of high performing teams across UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, KSA & Egypt to ensure that all recruiting operations are running smoothly.

المهارات
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resources / CIPD Qualified

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Recruitment managing a team and implementing best practices.

Job Specific Skills: (Organizational)

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.

• Knowledge of local labor legislation

• Require a good knowledge in various interviewing methods, sourcing methods, interviewing and job boards.

• Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies

Arabic Speaking candidates only
• Overseeing a small or large team of recruitment professionals.

• Analyzing data to modify and design recruitment strategies.

• Ability to multitask.
