15 plus years’ experience with at least 5 years’ experience managing senior product development role in a large organization; Having worked in Tier 1 Product companies. Experience in leading and guiding Microsoft Full Stack developers. Demonstrated progressive experience in all aspects of Product Development & Enhancement lifecycles. Excellent track record in conceptualizing new products, leading Product Engineering teams & rolling out successful products into live environments.
Knowledge of Product Development life cycles & Industry standard methodologies such as Agile, Scrum etc. Exposure to DevOps, SaaS, Cloud technologies. Strong product development mindset. Ability to manage / respond to shift in cultural change in technology adoption & forge strong relationships.
