Responsibilities:
• Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. (Coordination) Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
• Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.
• Responsible for leading a team of Account Managers dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments.
• Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets assigned to him/her; creating a database of job seeker and employers; understanding the requirements of both; matching job duties with individuals; contacting the applicants; assessing job seeker’s needs and requirements
3-5 years strong background HR experience particularly recruitment, team/account management
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Languages: Urdu, Hindi and Tagalog speakers only
