We are looking for an Ambitious, self driven Business development Manager, who will be in the front end to achieve the company vision for one of the leading Driving school in Dubai. He should devise an effective marketing and sales strategy in line with the organization strategy to fuel growth and move the organization to the next level. You will work closely with the top management in developing and implementing the company strategy and manage and develop a team of sale force. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a career and not job. You will be governed by targets and KPI for you and your team and you can grow at a much faster phase when you exceed your targets. Should have a through knowledge of the industry and capable of increasing the client base month on month.. A leadership material who does not hesitate to venture into new ideas to increase share holders value. The ideal candidate will be someone with 8to10years of experience in Business development/ marketing in Driving schools, Education institute, Automotive industry will be preferred.
المهارات
A Master degree in Business Management, with excellent communication skills, negotiation and dispute resolution skills, Contract Management, Leadership skills, Team Building, Excellent spoken and Written English, Good spoken Arabic desirable. Analyzing complex matrix and data and putting them into meaning inference to the management for speedy decision making.
