Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
Analyze market and market intelligence to identify the company unique selling and pricing propositions and differentiators.
Screen potential business deals and turn them into increased business through phone calling or scheduling meetings with prospect clients.
Develop and sustain strong customer relationships by making periodic visits and calls to explore specific needs and anticipate new opportunities.
Close new business deals by proposing as per client requirements.
Prepare and develop sales quotations.
Formulate and implement different tools and activities to promote services and attract new clients.
Collect and thoroughly document client needs to propose appropriate service.
Plan and develop winning technical and financial proposals based on client needs.
Monitor and analyze clients’ preferences and requirements to determine focus of sales efforts and actions needed.
Ensure client satisfaction through constant follow up regarding their needs and their fulfillment.
Coordinate with the sales team to complete all related sales files.
