Provides support for new business pipeline development, including identifying relevant targets in key verticals
Prospecting potential customers: by phone, by email and in person (where possible)
Provides input and updates and maintains the pipeline tracker
Showcasing our products or services to those clients.
Identifying new development channels.
Preparing responses to RFP’s and supporting with pricing models
Follow-up of sales and keep prospective customers engaged, setting up meetings and facilitating relationships
Keep CRM system (HubSpot) up to date and follow up with Sales team to ensure all leads are captured timely
Coordinates closely with technical teams in all aspects of capture and proposal processes
· Promoting the company and its product/service.
Leads data analysis, reporting, and knowledge management to inform business development strategy and operations
Conducts long-term and short-term strategic research that informs the growth strategy of the assigned Practices and/or regions
Manages a database of partners,
Maintains new business files, resources, tools
