• Receive job orders from the clients
• Arrange drivers trip assignments based on clients job orders.
• Plan trailer-driver distribution
• Attend and coordinate any customer’s inquiry, complaints and requests.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook to respond to customer emails.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word in planning and scheduling of daily tasks.
• Prepare and record each trailer issuance/receiving.
• Follow any work related instructions from his supervisor/manager.
