الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is one of the leading Modernize Elevators and Escalators Installer in the UAE Job Role: Oversees all elevator and escalator maintenance contracts Supervises Service Field Managers, Engineers, Coordinators, Call Canter and employees by providing direction and training, and communicating company policies, procedures and objectives Visits job sites and performs quality audits to ensure that route work is being completed efficiently and, in a cost, effective manner Uses accounting reports to review route management and call backs which includes, making necessary changes to improved profitability Maintains the repair backlog healthy by completing the repairs and producing enough opportunities Administers company safety program Follows ASSA, SBO, Critical Items & PCI closeouts المهارات Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant field Minimum 5 years of field service operations experience in the elevator industry; operations management and supervisory experience is a must Strong mechanical reasoning & comprehension skills Key skills – excellent customer service, negotiation, project management and conflict resolution skills Excellent communication skills in Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic language Proficient in MS Office Applications تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/service-operations-manager-4310616/ |
