Outbound Sales Representative

الوصف الوظيفي
Primary Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Outbound Sales Representative positions will consist of but are not limited to:

· Customer centric focus with a sales friendly attitude.

· Professionally make outbound telephone calls in a timely manner following proper guidelines.

· Proactively rebuttal customers while providing excellent customer service.

· Building sales reports.

· Provide a consultative relationship with customers supported by excellent product knowledge, and a thorough understanding of services offered.

· Maintain the highest standards of customer service.

· Base salary is AED 2,500, plus 2.5% commission after reaching certain target.

المهارات
· Must have a minimum of one (1) year of work experience. Call center (outbound), customer service, sales experience is necessary.

· Ability to work proactively and with minimum supervision.

· Excellent organization skills and report building.

· Personally responsible for meeting monthly individual goals, quotas and metrics

· Proven ability to sell service over the phone.

· Computer literate.

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Good listening skills and the ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent telephone etiquette and demeanor.

· Ability to maintain at all times a professional, positive, and friendly attitude.
