Job Requisite:
• Candidates must be experienced in CRM, Marketing, Brand Loyalty, Retail Point of Sale
• Strength in planning, & execution, team management & leadership skills is very important
• Create a cohesive CRM strategy to tap new and existing customer footfall in retail outlets
• Develop strategic marketing plans to support the loyalty program, Leverage data analytics to optimize all marketing activities
• Lead contact optimization strategy & communication plan to support customer communications at important touch points
• Candidates must be capable enough to implement ideas, strategies for cross selling products and services to increase the billing /revenue
• Age: Up to 35 years
• Location: DIP, Dubai
