Job Description:
• Posting all entries relating to sales, purchases, all payments from POS machine from Stores in Dubai
• Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions and banking requirements.
• Posting monthly closing entries.
• Preparing stock reports, aging reports, GP analysis reports, etc.
• Execution of Letter of Credit, Execution of TR Documents, Preparing Shipping Guarantees etc., and their follow ups.
• Preparation and passing of monthly closing entries and Finalization of Accounts as per IFRS.
• Responsible for Working Capital management, Bank reconciliations, Credit Card, Cash reconciliation, Debtors reconciliation etc.
• Coordinate and work with Auditor at the time of Audits.
• Team player of Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• VAT preparation and online filing Required:
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable international university; Professional qualification (i.e. CFA, ACCA) is desirable.
• Proficient user of the MS Office package; Experienced in ERP Microsoft and other finance reporting tools
