Looking for Project Planner to be based in Dubai, UAE
We need resource for PMO specialized in Planning & Coordination, with 5-6 years of experience (preferably KSA + UAE) in EPC projects associated with Oil / Gas or Construction Industry.
Preparation of Project Schedule both for Bidding and execution on Primavera 6 (P6), MS Project.
Resource & cost loading on P6 and MS project i/c development of histograms, cash flows and S‐curves.
Resource planning & monitoring of projects for all EPC for telecom project phases (Engineering, Procurement, Integration, Logistics, Site Services)
Responsible for updating, maintaining, re‐planning, schedule crashing or fast tracking of project schedules and monitoring of progress using Earned Value Management. Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly progress report.
Able to produce Project Control Documentation (Project Execution Plan, Reporting Procedures, WPA Procedures, Invoicing Procedures, Progress calculation Procedures etc.)
Able to perform Change Management, Variation claims & EOT claims.
Preparation of Work Progress appraisal (WPA) & project invoices as per client requirements.
